Kentucky Drug Rehabilitation & Alcohol Treatment Centers
There are many drug and alcohol rehab facilities in Kentucky and many are excellent treatment centers. However, we have discovered that not only does reaching out across state borders help find you a more perfect fit, it also helps increase your chance of remaining sober once you are out of treatment. We deal with many different types of treatment programs to help fit your needs, such as 12 Step programs, Holistic programs, Christian-based programs, and more. Our drug and alcohol rehabilitation service can help you analyze your treatment center options and find treatment in Kentucky or elsewhere.

The drug of concern in Kentucky is powdered cocaine and crack cocaine which is heavily available in the urban areas of the states but crack is filtering down to the suburban and rural areas. Many abusers have taken to converting powder cocaine into crack themselves because they want to avoid the stiffer penalties associated with crack distribution.
Heroin is brought into the state from Mexico but does not appear to be a major threat at this time.
The rural areas of the state have seen a substantial increase in methamphetamine. This is especially true in the parts of the state that border the Ohio River.
The so-called club drugs like LSD, MDMA, and GHB find particular high usage in both college towns and urban areas.
Prescription medicine such as Lorcet, Lortab, and Oxycontin are showing heavy signs of abuse and is being a major problem in the entire state. Being an opiate, it is often necessary to have a medically monitored detox before entering into a rehabilitation program. While some treatment centers do have detox programs on the premises, most do not. Sober Solutions can coordinate the various stages of treatment for the safest and most effective program possible.
